Leiffa is a cannabis brand on a mission to make solventless rosin accessible to the everyday consumer. Their product line includes a range of chocolate bars that combine quality and flavor. They were introducing new flavors and wanted packaging that would reflect these changes while standing out in a competitive market.
Leiffa’s marketing team was looking for a way to elevate the visual identity of their chocolate line while staying cohesive with the broader brand, creating a stronger connection with customers and retailers alike.
They needed someone who could combine graphic design with photography and marketing insight. Someone who could create packaging that not only looked good but could be leveraged for promotional campaigns. That’s where I stepped in. Leiffa wanted a solution that would help them communicate the quality of their chocolates while giving their sales team the tools to effectively promote the product to retailers.
I started by diving into the Leiffa brand as a whole, exploring the existing design elements and identifying ways to unify the chocolate line with their broader identity. I worked closely with their marketing director to define an art direction that felt fresh, exciting, and aligned with the brand’s personality.
Once the packaging was finalized, I photographed the chocolates to create high-quality marketing and sales assets. These images captured the textures, details, and premium feel of the products, providing versatile content that could be used across print/digital campaigns, social media, and retailer promotions.
The project resulted in a fully refreshed chocolate packaging line that felt both premium and approachable. Each flavor was given a distinct look while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the series, making it easy for customers to recognize and engage with the product. The photography and design assets highlighted the fun ways consumers could indulge in the chocolates, adding another layer of appeal for both consumers and retailers.
In addition to the packaging itself, the marketing and sales assets provided Leiffa with a complete toolkit to promote the chocolates. From lifestyle imagery to detailed product shots, every element was created with the goal of helping the brand tell its story and connect with its audience in a visually compelling way.
